4 days safari Murchison falls national park and Kibale national park
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls national park
After breakfast in the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel by our company guide who will brief you up about the safari and then drive you to Murchison falls national park. You will have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino trekking. You will have a picnic lunch then continue to Murchison falls national park. You will go for an evening boat cruise where you will be able to see different water birds, crocodiles, and hippos and visit animals like elephants, and buffaloes among others on the shores. dinner and overnight at paraa safari lodge
Day 2: morning game drive in Murchison falls national park then transfer to Kibale national park
In the morning after breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive with the company of a park guide to see different animals in the park like four of the big five namely buffaloes, elephants, lions and leopards, giraffes, and warthogs among others. Return to the lodge for lunch
In the afternoon, you will be driven to Kibale national park which is approximately 8 hours. Dinner and overnight at primate lodge Kibale
Day 3: chimpanzee trekking in Kibale national park bigodi swamp walk
In the morning after breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing, meet your guide and ranger then start the trek to the forest with other trackers. You will be able to see other forest primates like baboons, blue monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, grey-checked mangabey, and red-tailed monkey birds among others. Locating the chimpanzees may take some time but upon finding them you will spend one hour with them studying their behaviours, how they communicate and taking pictures among others. Return to the lodge for lunch
In the afternoon, you will go for a nature walk in the bigodi wetland where you will be able to see different forest primates like the red-tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, baboons, and birds among other creatures. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 4: Return to Kampala
After breakfast, you will be driven to Kampala via the Kampala Mubende fort portal route where you will see different exciting sceneries
